After pausing my Patreon membership, I returned to Faith Adjacent - I missed the bonus content too much! The hosts are excellent with great chemistry and the topics are thought provoking and culturally relevant. Highly recommend!

I’m not part of the Dark Side (Apple Music) BUT I had to pop over here to give an excellent review of this show. Through witty yet thoughtful conversations, these delightful people come together to get mad about things I too get mad about, laugh over things I also laugh about, and engage in meaningful dialogue I always wish to be a lister of. I can’t recommend these gems enough!

This is what my heart needed as I embarked on healing that was needed after growing up during purity culture and the moral majority. So thankful for the entire team.

After listening to this podcast for years and being a fan, I’m now left exhausted. The self-righteous ranting, cherry-picking of verses and using them out of context, mocking of biblical narratives and figures, and casual views of sin leave me feeling icky after listening to an episode. I think if a listener has very little knowledge of the Bible or respect for Jesus and his ministry, then sure, this podcast is hilarious. However, to peddle yourself as a Christian podcast and proceed to ridicule a large portion of people you intentionally draw in is, frankly, the opposite of what you are called to do when claiming Christ over your life. If you’re looking for a podcast with sound theology and respect for the Bible that leaves you wanting to know God more, unfortunately this isn’t the one.
