What a fantastic podcast. As a soon-to-be parent and a non-binary person, I appreciate the inclusive language. My wife is the gestational parent this time around, but that could change in the future knowing that there are healthcare providers who can/do respect and value the input of gender expansive pregnant people. I found the podcast while searching for science-backed info surrounding birth. My wife is a clinician and I am so excited to share this podcast with her! I know she’ll appreciate the analyses and evidence even more than I can. Thank you!

Phenomenal podcast with clear information presented in an accessible manner. You can hear the depth of understanding of the research. I really appreciate that they don’t try to present information as always clear cut… but then they also help you understand which way it leans so you don’t have to be the expert yourself. Love it.

As an educator serving mostly families planning to give birth in a variety of hospital settings, I love being able to offer EBB as a resource for my students. It can be dangerous and unfair to families to neglect the evidence and the wider view of birth practices in the local area, the country, and even the world and only discuss the practices and policies they are most likely to encounter in their facility. EBB gives educators and providers this kind of information as well so we can empower families to know their options and ask questions.

I want to love this podcast so much. But how can you call yourselves evidence based when you are denying basic biology through the anti-woman language you choose to use? I am not an inseminated person. I am not a birthing person. I am not a chest feeder. I am a woman. It’s dehumanizing and anti-science. Please listen to the reviews of real women saying the same thing I am. We are tired of being erased.
