There were many things that resonated with me deeply but I would say mostly the “front of the room mindset”! As a young woman trying to navigate a male dominated industry like construction, there’s time where I feel shut out or unseen. However, this new mindset you’ve given me has allowed me to own who I am, the experiences I’ve had, and my value to any team and company. I will definitely take all the advice you’ve given me to continue to excel in college and chase my dreams of owning a nonprofit in conjunction with my construction company!
