Love this podcast. Louise and Virginia give great novel set ups, recommend podcasts, tell us what’s going on with them, local happenings…just the kind of conversation you would have with dear friends. I feel cozy listening to them and have the urge to have a cuppa with them. They have introduced me to some great books, some of which I don’t hear about here in the USA. Trust me, you won’t go wrong with this podcast. Love their accents too.

I absolutely love listening to Louise and Virginia. Not only are their Aussie accents so pleasant to listen to, they are both super intelligent and well read. They seem to respect one another enormously and have great chemistry. I feel like I learn a lot from each episode, they offer more than just the standard books being pushed in book circles and often do deep dives and go down bookish rabbit holes. I’d rate this podcast 5+ stars if I could, it’s just that good.

I love this podcast. Louise and Virginia are funny, smart and great bookworms. You can tell they’re best friends and having a great time. I also love that they’re from Australia because I’m an American in the U.S., and this means they talk about books I’ve never heard of before, often Australian writers and Australian-based books, which adds a great new dimension and list of books to my TBR.

I look forward to every new episode regardless of the theme. Virginia and Lou, you make me want to read more books, listen to more podcasts, and watch more shows. All the while I am enjoying your lovely Australian accents, the sounds of your laughter, and the joys of your friendship. Thank you for sharing all of this with your divers!
