This podcast is so helpful, and I was relieved to hear so much that mirrored my experience. I’m 44, a mom of two, and was diagnosed after my oldest child received his dx. It’s just mind blowing to have gone all my life knowing something was not “normal”, feeling so “crazy” at times and wishing I knew why. The things I’m hearing and reading now are both relieving and a bit heart breaking. Thank you for this. And also, do you have any recs for Adult ASD support groups? Thank you so much!
