Director's Take - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I’ve only listened to the first episode but I’m already hooked! It’s so great to hear filmmakers geek out about movies and something you rarely hear as they are usually being interviewed about their own work. Becky and Jon are such fantastic hosts and bring such enthusiasm and insight to the show that really helps us feel like we are part of the conversation. I can’t wait for the next episode.

Honestly I love this concept. It’s like an artist dissecting another artist’s painting or same with photographers. Except they get to pick their favorite piece in a museum and explain why they like it and the intricacies of the craft. Well done, entertaining, and informative!

I love that they ask these directors to come on the show to talk about OTHER people’s movies, since it’s based at Sony they have an enormous catalog of classics to choose from. I heard about who they have upcoming over the next few months and it looks like we got a stew goin’ baby! Count me in, I love listening…
