Love this podcast because I get to hear from “regular people” like me who struggle with the same things I do. I’ve been able to further my knowledge about nutrition and intuitive eating and even recognize things I was still doing that were problematic. Well-researched and holistic show that helps people understand the impact of Diet Culture. I especially appreciated the episode on cannabis use and Intuitive Eating! I’ve been listening since 2023 and it’s what finally got me to work with one of DCR’s RD/Intuitive Eating counselors, which set me on the path to repairing my relationship with food and my body.
