Designing Golf - Podcast Rankings and reviews

Garrett is a leading voice on golf, golf courses, and their design so this is a welcome addition to the crowded golf podcast arena. It fills a unique space with needed subject matter expertise that is delivered in an approachable and entertaining way.

Fantastic podcast… if you’re a golf course architecture fan this is a podcast you need to add to your library… detailed insight into the great architects, courses, design, books, templates, holes, etc of golf history… informative educational and most of all fun

Great to see evolution of Fried Egg Golf. As the flagship podcast has started tackling more mainstream topics like major previews and recaps, it is nice to have a feed that’s 100% architecture focused. I don’t like much of the 101 series content but enjoy the deep dives and other topics. I also appreciate the lower frequency; it makes it a treat when one of these drops. I’d suggest a Chocolate Drops series on big news and notes in architecture, maybe once every 2-3 months. I used to think Garrett was the most boring on air talent at Fried Egg but he has grown on me over the years with his passion and depth of knowledge. Keep up the great work!

I have listened to the Fried Egg Podcast for a while but just stumbled on Designing Golf as I have been getting more into golf architecture and I’m obsessed! I’ve binged the majority of the prior episodes this week and can’t get enough. I’m learning so much as I work through these episodes.
