I was a year and a half into my journey after losing my daughter when the algorithms of Instagram brought Mikayla across my feed as a newly grieving mother. I’ve been humbled and in awe of how she’s handled not just the loss of her son, but all the other circumstances her and her family have faced. I cried multiple times listening to this first episode.
