I am really happy to have found this podcast because it offers something I hadn’t realized I was missing from other meditation podcasts- silence. I really appreciate the fact that our guide allows for pauses where there’s no ambient music or breathing, just quiet to reflect on what he’s saying. It is a guidance-heavy meditation, which may not fit everyone, but I need that and I find his voice soothing and serene.

I can’t believe this is free. There are no ads either! I love starting my day with these 15-20 minute meditations that help ground me and set a positive tone for the day. Thank you for this valuable resource!
