This podcast is beautifully done. There is such a variety of episodes to listen to based on what I need for that day. The background music is very peaceful and so is her voice. I highly recommend this podcast for affirmations. I tend to listen to atleast 2 every morning.

I was looking for something that would calm me in the morning before I start my day and this is perfect. There’s a nice cadence to the narrator’s voice, the calming music is wonderful and the messaging is clear and intentional. Very well produced.

I just discovered these wonderful affirmations, and I am already doing them daily. They work perfect as a part of my meditation practice or even while I’m walking my dogs.
