Volume is an issue every third episode. Mics seem to be at different levels and doesn’t seem to get adjusted for a meeker voiced individual. Five stars to Jay. Love ya homie. Just please do something about the volume. It makes it a hard listen.

this is a great podcast. i have been lifting weights for 1 year and 4 months. listening to jays positivity and awareness helps me to stay on track. i like to listen to it late at night and refresh my mindset for the next day. being a bodybuilder is a full time 24/7 thing. you have to have a clean lifestyle, with that being said i officially quit smoking cigarettes 6 months ago, my reason being that if i would continue smoking, guess what? my muscles wouldnt grow. My life has changed for the better and its all because of bodybuilding.
