My family and I began attending Life.Church in Wellington, FL after we visited their fall festival. The fall festival was such a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging event. We were welcomed with open arms, food, beverages, amazing staff and volunteers, and our 11 year old daughter had a blast with all the different activities for the children.

The first Sunday we attended, I was in awe of the music. It is so loud, so powerful, so inspirational, so convicting, and the members of the band are so deeply passionate when they sang.

When the sermon started, I was taken by surprise that the message was delivered on a big screen by Pastor Craig, and not the lead pastor of this location.

Although surprised, I was very intrigued as so many are, by Pastor Craig’s delivery and effectiveness of his message.

When we left that sermon, my wife and I looked at each other and said “We are coming back.” I looked at my daughter and she was smiling and said, “Daddy I love it, let’s come here every Sunday.”

As a father in the midst of learning to lead my family through faith, that was all I needed to hear and we now attend every Sunday.

Since attending Life.Church, I’ve learned more about Pastor Craig and discovered his leadership podcast.

While listening to some episodes here and there, I have now begun to start my day at 4:30 AM, with 45 minutes of worship in the Bible App, followed by a 2 mile walk listening to most recent and prior episodes.

My core values are so aligned with Pastor Craig’s perspective, both spiritually and personally, and I am really thankful to have learned about Life.Church and this Podcast.

My family and I appreciate the work, dedication, selflessness and sacrifices that are made to consistently deliver his message in such a powerful way.

Thank you Pastor Craig for being the leader you are, and bringing your leadership to millions of others like myself, you make us better.

These episodes have helped guide me through running a small business. I own a small woman owned business. We perform general contracting. I have no background in business or marketing. Only civil engineering, and hands on construction. So listening to Craig has really helped me as a leader. He has also helped me work my 2 employees into leadership roles for the company. I am grateful for the information.

This podcast is an amazing tool for leaders. It is highly concentrated for such a short amount of time. They don’t overproduce the episodes, and I appreciate that they don’t try to make too many episodes to quickly. It keeps the information relevant and it doesn’t feel like they are just grabbing at the air trying to come up with something to talk about.

Truly jam packed value communicated in each episode! I just finished listening to the episode about mastering hard conversations, and Craig, I’m saying this because I care about your mission and I want your podcast to be even more impactful - one developmental feedback is this: please speak clearly until the end. Often when you’re wrapping up an episode there’s a powerful message at the end, but it often sounds like mumble jumble - all of your words have weight they each have an impact, so I’d like to be able to hear and understand what it is you are saying, even at the end of the episode.
