I randomly met Lauren at an event and what started as our two little three year olds playing together quickly turned into one of those rare, cozy conversations that feels like it was meant to happen. Before we parted ways, she handed me her card and told me about the podcast she co-hosts with her sister.
I’ve since binged multiple episodes and I truly feel right at home. Their views and values align with mine in such a refreshing and comforting way. I find myself laughing, reflecting, and most importantly, breathing a little deeper in the middle of life’s chaos.

Hi ladies! I’m a 67 year-old grandma
and my daughter introduced me to your podcast — I’m hooked! Saying I love it is an understatement. Every episode resonates with me, from topics like anxiety and grief to awkward comments and your political views. The list could go on & on. These are things my generation never talked about, and it’s amazing to see my kids and grandkids feeling safe to express their emotions now.
My husband and I worked full time and raised 4 children and now are retired. We babysit our 3 year old granddaughter and have since her birth and we love it! Taking time now to watch her blossom and sharing with us the simple things she notices and does gives us so much joy! I felt like we were always so rushed with working, school, extra activities we didn’t have time before. When they say it goes by fast that is true! Stop and smell the roses!
Your podcast is helping so many people feel seen, understood, and less alone — thank you for that. I can’t wait to come to your show at Zanies!
