CoreIM is one of the best internal medicine podcasts. It is concise, the information is valuable and it does a very good job of presenting information fairly from the perspectives of multiple experts. The 5 pearls episodes are the best. I learned hyponatremia, disposition and countless other things from this podcast.

Most pedagogically sound internal medicine podcast I know of. Episodes are thoughtful and always at least one pearl that changes the way I think about just about any topic.

Thorough review and clear useful pearls on what it is and how to interpret and apply it.

Information is great… but I struggle listening to the overworked presentation. Another reviewer nailed it— over-rehearsed/high school play script. I appreciate how much work is put in and the content.
