Wow - tried to give this channel a chance and have a relaxing morning while listening … ad after ad - and then realized the actual meditation was one minute, while the ads took up the majority of the episode. Will pass on this podcast for the future

I get that the paid version will have ads, but can’t they put them at the beginning?? I was listening to an episode geared towards sleep and the SUPER LOUD ad in the middle actually woke me with a startle. NOT HELPFUL.
