Thank you, Sarai, for being so unapologeticly you! I came across you on Instagram and immediately was hooked. Maybe because I cuss so much and that resonated? That’s a part of it…but honestly it is because of your calmness, raw honesty, and heartfelt guides and tools that are hitting home for me. It’s like getting advice from my big sister (straight up, no chasers, and tad in your face). Thank you!!

I started watching her on IG. So far the meditations are really helpful. I just listened to the one when your brain says that everything you are doing is wrong and I felt so much more centered afterwards. A meditation may not fit that day but I look forward to doing more of these and seeing how it helps me.

This woman is everything I’ve needed to heal. The soft gentle healing course has never landed with me. This feels real and connects with me on a level that is so sincere. I would gladly read her autobiography. Even better, I would listen to it!!! I absolutely adore her.
