Coach Bennett’s Podcast has become my go to not only because I’m a runner, but because I’m a human. His approach is positive, realistic, and manageable for anyone, in more situations than you’d expect. He shares big ideas that work for any runner and never focuses on a particular pace or level. His advice is often “about running and not about running”, as he likes to say, and it lives up to that mantra. I found this last fall and I’ll be disappointed when I’ve finally caught up with all the episodes. Thanks Coach for a great resource that is enjoyable, entertaining, entertaining, and educational.

I save these episodes to listen while I do my long run. It’s a way for me to meditate on my activity while doing it. Coach bennett could ramble for two whole hours and I would listen to the whole thing. I credit his runs in the Nike run app and this podcast for getting me to love running again and to get me to even want to do long runs. So thank you. I hope coach Bennett knows how much good and joy he adds to the world. He is increasing the awesome for sure.
