Sometimes, the episodes are long - like, real long. But it's worth it to get to know and listen to young musicians full of joy about music and full of opinions they aren't afraid to share. It's a treat to listen in on these friends as they explore the world of "classical music and being black in the profession." Have I mentioned they are hilarious?

Black classical musicians exist, of course, and these two hosts take you through their experiences as professional players, students, teachers, and more! Full of insight and humor and unapologetic blackness! A true treasure. Please never stop making these amazing episodes. I have learned a lot about music history and classical music. Such a gem!!!

I spent my whole life in Classical music and the ladies of Classically Black bring back memories of college while teaching me so much about this industry I thought I knew so well. They are fun and smart do a great job of bringing attention to really important subjects!!!
