The State Street perspective grounded the discussion in real-world constraints—controls, risk, governance, and change management—while Sid explained why Blitzy is different from “point tools.” What stood out is Blitzy’s capability as a massive, enterprise-grade agentic AI platform designed to accelerate the entire software development lifecycle: coordinating agents across planning, implementation, testing, remediation, and delivery—while handling the complexity that large organizations can’t ignore. It felt practical, not hype, and made a strong case for orchestration at scale as the missing layer for enterprise adoption. I’m definitely keeping an eye on Blitzy and adding this podcast to my regular rotation.

Really enjoyed the State Street episode featuring Jason and Sid. It's refreshing to hear a real enterprise CTO discuss the practical challenges of adopting Al in software development alongside the team actually building solutions for it. The conversation cut through the hype and got into the real stuff-governance, change management, and what it actually takes to scale Al-native development across If large organization. Blitzy's approach to orchestrating the full SDLC is exactly what enterprises need right now.
