The ad in the middle of the show is *startlingly loud* because volume is turned up to hear the show clearly. Can we please move the ad to start or finish and not smack dab in the middle? Startles tf out of me every time! 😅

I follow several podcasts of classic radio mystery shows...this is as good as any.
Most of my favorite titles represented and good quality recording for most of them.
Some other podcasts don[t interrupt the show with commercials but the interruptions are brief.

New ads during the middle of the episodes has forced me to stop listening. Beginning or end in fine, not bluntly in the middle.

I downloaded some Johnny Dollar episodes. The recording is playing too fast on the two episodes I tried to listen to. Too distracting to listen to a whole episode. His voice pitch is too high due to the fast playback speed.
