As a non-lawyer, I really appreciate that this show presents content in a way that anyone can understand, and it covers topics that actually affect my daily life. Sarah explains these Supreme Court cases succinctly but still in depth, laying out all the nuances of the law in easy-to-follow conversations with great guests. Highly recommend!

I recommend this podcast to understand legal commentary and arguments from the right, especially with the current composition of the Supreme Court. Pair this with another legal podcast (e.g., Strict Scrutiny) to get a well-rounded perspective. The interviews with judges and figures in the legal community are also informative and provide insight that you don’t get elsewhere. HOWEVER, the “Rehearing” episodes replaying old interviews is just lazy. The interviews are already available and “Rehearing” does not add anything. It is a missed opportunity to provide new commentary or interviews.

Every American and law professional would benefit from listening..the hosts are extraordinarily fair and present a strong case for originalist perspectives while remaining respectful toward the other side.

Cheerful and informative.
Follows a consistent format so you know what to expect. Elizabeth has a friendly voice and chuckles readily. A pleasant listen!
My daughter is a lawyer so this is my way to surprise her with my knowledge.
As a political conservative I'm glad to have Tiffany back. She's not averse to throwing out a bit of "red meat" on occasion. Elizabeth is great, very even handed which makes a nice balance.
Update: I'm enjoying the new hosts Amy and GianCarlo! They've sharpened the commentary a lot which makes the show more educational and more enjoyable.

This podcast is produced by a conservative think tank and masquerading as an educational and informational program. I used to appreciate the unbiased approach to understanding the case law but recent interviews, features and discussions about Dobbs and other hot topics indicate an inability to focus on the law. I can’t support any program that continues to perpetuate the notion that everything in life has to be “them” vs. “us”. I wish this really was a 101 on the Supreme Court, but I’ll keep looking for something better.
