I look forward to my commutes every day so I can listen on my drive. Jack Hibbs, Shadrach Means, and all other teachers and guests love and teach sound Biblical doctrine. Years ago I walked through the living room and my husband was listening to a pod cast. This was nothing new. He always had something on, but for some reason I sat down and listened for the first time.
It was a sermon like I had never heard before. With humor inserted into teaching about God’s word, I had to listen until the end. In those few moments I was completely changed and couldn’t get enough.
Now it’s like the days of childhood waiting for the mailman to arrive in hopes of anything for me. When there isn’t a new podcast I am fine to listen to the ones still available over and over until the new one comes out.
To say that I am hooked is an understatement. Gone are the days of listening to my favorite Rock and Roll songs.
