This is one of the most unique and interesting podcasts out there, especially if you are a crime junkie and are fascinated by forensics. A podcast is only as good as its host(s) and it doesn’t get any better than Kate and Paul! It is obvious that Kate does thorough and vetted research and Paul’s experience and level of expertise is unmatched. Kate does a fabulous job of telling the stories and having Paul weigh in on how this would be looked at from today’s forensic perspective can give you a lot to think about. They recently covered a case that I have been obsessed with my whole life and now I feel like I know what happened and can put it to rest. Thanks Kate and Paul!

I really enjoy this podcast and the in depth research for each case and the relative obscurity of most of the cases. The interaction between Kate and Paul adds a lot to each story and Paul’s experience and expertise enhance the stories. Thanks Kate and Paul for giving us a fantastic listen each week!

I follow several true crime podcasts. Buried Bones is my favorite by far. Kate and Paul are an amazing team. Smart, well-researched and thought provoking. Kate is the best storyteller and Paul’s expert analysis keeps me looking forward to each week’s new episode.

Great show but… the ads have become incredibly disruptive, taking you out of the story several times each episode. Please consolidate at the beginning and end.

I’ll start out by saying the hosts and their stories I give 5 stars to but the large number of commercials which are also extremely long compared to other podcasts, I give 2 stars to.

I realize that sponsorship is important to be able to sustain podcasts, but the commercials on Buried Bones I believe are excessive. While this may be good for the podcast owner and hosts it is not so good for listeners. I also have a problem with the hosts reading the commercials.
