I’ve been listening to Sam for years. One of the funniest dudes in the game, and it’s always a joy watching his theory’s prove true. But turn your the ringer on your phone off. This should at least be edited out. A small amount of production would go a long way. I listen to most pods at work and there is a ding going off all episode causing me to freak out thinking I’m getting blown up. Professional up your game.

This show feels like it’s getting stale and could use a rebranding. I *think* most of us come to you guys for the conspiracy stuff. We don’t mind a little comedy talk, but it can become exhausting to listen to the same premises over and over re: cancel culture, shadow-banning, and the comedy scene geographically (Austin vs LA). I think we all get it by now. The show was better, in my opinion, when you focused more on the weird and allowed people to call in. Yes, the drunken calls got old but maybe there is a middle ground. Broken Sim used to be a must listen and now I could not care less.

I started listening to this based on the “Tin Foil Hat podcast.” They don’t have guests as they do on the aforementioned podcast so it’s much more casual. It’s as if you’re hanging out with friends chatting about the week and what happened in the news. I find the main podcast more essential as it has introduced me to researchers and certain topics. However, this podcast is enjoyable due to Sam’s manic energy, contrasted with Johnny’s nerdy vibe as they sum up their week and provide their takes on current events.
