It is so far the best podcast I found on iTunes. The way Emilie described everything about the food, beverages and the insight of Chinese Food Market is amazing. I always wanted to know about Chinese Food in detail and this podcast has ample details. Emilie is a great host!! One can never get bored while listening to the podcasts. She explains everything in a fun manner. I can’t wait to listen to next podcasts. FANTASTIC!!!

Listened to “Spreading Awareness” episode. Love the intro music. Got me in the mood for food. You have such a vibrant podcast voice! I can feel the passion you have for people to learn more and benefit from the material. Your excitement got me excited!

This episode made me want to come to China. Things seem to be moving very quickly there. I also enjoyed learning more about nut butters. I too have finished whole jars of peanut butter (it’s a thing). Had NO IDEA I could just make my own!

I enjoy your interview style. You seem to do a lot of your own research before interviewing. You ask great questions and bring out the best in each person. Loved the segment about Jack Ma as he is someone I revere and respect for business sense and world change.
