I am so glad I came across this podcast when I was pregnant with my second baby. My first was an induction-that I later learned was absolutely unnecessary and listed as “elective” even though I was told it was necessary. After that birth experience, I knew I wanted something better. This podcast will break down all things birth, as well as myths and even downright lies we’ve been told and led to believe about our bodies and our births. We need to stop giving away our power to doctors and distancing ourselves from our instincts.
