I don’t usually leave reviews, but the Young Goose podcast seriously deserves it. Hosted by Amitay, it’s one of the most informative and genuinely interesting skincare podcasts I’ve come across. Amitay has this way of making complex science feel approachable and even fun; he’s incredibly engaging and clearly knows his stuff, always tying everything back to real research.

What’s really stood out for me is how much this podcast has changed the way I think about my skin. I’ve gone from just focusing on surface-level routines to actually understanding what’s going on at a cellular level; how things like NAD+, longevity, and skin barriers really work. And my skin? It's showing the difference. I’m seeing better texture, less irritation, and a more consistent glow because I’m finally treating it with long-term health in mind.

To me, they are on the forefront of regenerative skin care, and are running laps around all of the other companies out there! What I love most about this podcast is that they dive into topics other than skin care and how taking care of your body as a whole impacts your appearance externally.
