In an era when everyone has a podcast, i have found this one so refreshing and relatable with real examples and advice for everyday life. Some of my favorite ones are when she interviews her former or current clients that are going threw the struggles we all have when on a wellness or weighloss journey and can relate to our everyday conflicts and conversations. I love the range of topics and it's so much more than just a fitness podcast.

I have been tracking my macros and have reversed dieted in 2024. I found myself creeping back into a cut, although I don’t want to lose weight, and started to question if it was best for my metabolism. I listened to Amber’s Macros and Reverse Dieting episodes downloaded her free tools and went from feeling bad about myself to flipping my outlook to a positive place.
Through her episodes, I learned that my method isn’t “wrong” which is a feeling I seem to battle with a lot. It helped me TRUST myself more, use the data, and lean on tools to make sure I’m creating a healthy environment for metabolic flexibility. That’s my ultimate goal!

I am a long time listener of this podcast. Amber is a wealth of information! I especially enjoyed her latest episode about tracking macros while on vacation. She gave a lot of great tips! Also, she gave a lot of self reflection questions for the listener to think through in order to be better prepared before/after vacation. I encourage everyone to listen to it!
