This podcast has totally changed and increased my amazement and understanding of the Bible. I would have never even understood some of the references and things that the authors were trying to communicate. The Holy Spirit’s creativity in scripture writing and inspiring amazes me more everyday and this podcast is such a blessing in pointing it out. Thank you guys!! Please don’t stop!!

I love this podcast, because they do a great job of tying every chapter to biblical themes that run throughout Scripture. It’s super helpful for seeing the overarching narrative of the Bible, and for helping us understand how all of Scripture points to Christ. Highly recommended!

I am not a pastor, but a laywomen. I started listening to this podcast to better help me understand the more difficult books I am reading through in my daily studies (specifically Leviticus-Deut.). It has been immensely helpful, which being highly understandable. The hosts are skilled in bringing every chapter back to Jesus and showing how it means something in our lives today - something that can be hard to see in the Pentateuch as a modern day believer.

I love how the guys just go through the bible a chapter at a time. Enough theology to satisfy the "geekey" side of those who go deep in bible study (Let's find every Chiasm in the Scriptures!), accurate historical context to make sure application is properly done, and also concise and basic enough to give the narrative for those looking for just a review of the passage.

The Chemistry between the guys is good. There are times when they speak over one another and from time to time one member will nearly insist that he do the passage summary over another one who has already started but their friendship and trust in one another allow the Podcast to go on without any awkwardness or percieved discord.

It is one of my favorite things to listen to in preparation as we study these passages at our own church.
