Beyond the Prompt is one of the most consistently engaging and insightful podcasts I have come across. Every interview is packed with thoughtful questions, fresh thinking, and conversations that spark new ideas.
I come away with creative new ways to apply generative AI in my own life, and I am constantly learning from what is shared. The quality of the guests and the depth of the conversations are phenomenal.
Huge thanks to Jeremy and Henrik for curating such a high-caliber show—it continuously inspires, informs, and delights. I have been catching up from the beginning, and I will honestly be a little sad once I am fully caught up and have to wait for new episodes.

Beyond The Prompt is an essential listen for anyone driving AI adoption inside their company. It’s not just another hype show—it’s packed with grounded stories, smart frameworks, and leadership insight. The episode with John Waldmann was especially strong, showing how to lead a full-stack AI transformation without losing your team in the process.

This is my favorite new podcast. Real conversation, great examples and use cases. Incredibly informative. I’d love for them to do a show on recommending different AIs beat for a variety of strategic and mundane business tasks.

I just listened to one episode, so will update this after one or two more, but it was painful. I listened to one on how to strategize with AI by a BCG leader.
The best way I can describe what the guest recommended is take the standard BCG methodology and occasionally add some AI terms to the steps. He covered culture change (I think), characteristics of a startup and how to be innovative. If you’ve read any high level business books 20 years ago, there’d be no surprises. So, he’d go thru his list and occasionally remember to add how AI might fit in: maybe a sentence or two and that’s it. This was not a talk about AI.
I have great respect for BCG, a bunch of really bright quants. But I wonder if they have leaders who can break out of their traditional methodology as AI demands. Also, I need to consider that their traditional consulting business model is threatened by AI and to quote Upton Sinclair “it’s difficult for a man to understand something when his salary depends on his not understanding it”.
