I discovered Tracy’s podcast after losing my first dog to cancer. Although I wasn’t prepared for another dog, I found myself fixated on all things canine. Now, I have a new puppy to raise, and I feel like I’m developing a much closer and more rewarding relationship with her. Thanks to this podcast, I’m learning to slow down and “Just Be” with my dog. This practice helps me better understand and communicate with her. There is so much more to life Beyond Obedience!

I recently decided to start dog training and decided I wanted to combine several different styles to better accommodate different dogs. So, I started researching. And, I am SO GLAD I found this podcast! It explains so much about how to not only bond with your dog and get a good trusting and respectful relationship with them, but also how to really SEE your dog for who they are. Tracy’s advice is the best I’ve found thus far. It really is easier to share your life with a dog when you have respect and understanding between dog and owner. I do believe that obedience training for dogs has its place and is useful. But, beyond obedience is really where it all begins and ends. Tracy really has this down and I hope everyone gives her a listen to help strengthen their bond with their dogs!

I love this podcast. Tracy has given me so many nuggets of advice to build a bond and relationship with my nervous, sensitive, complicated dog. Each week I practice her tips and I can see and FEEL the improvements. She apologizes for going on a tangent or off topic but that’s often where I find the most help. I love her ramblings and stories. ❤️

Thank You, Tracy! I have rescued dogs from puppy mills and backyard breeders for almost 25 years, and thought I had seen the gamut of behavioral problems. But the 2 Beagle pups that my husband rescued from a neglectful situation have me at my wits end. And to top it off, my Yorkies and Bloodhound are now picking up bad habits. Thanks to Tracy, I am committed to taking a calm leadership role, and ending the free for all that seems to develop on a regular basis.
