This podcast helped me so much after I read the book, Managing Leadership Anxiety. My friend told me to read that book when he realized how anxious I was as a pastor. He said that his friend had read it and said that it saved him from leaving ministry. The podcast goes even deeper than the book and I listen to it as soon as it pops up on my podcast app.

This is one of my favorite podcasts. Steve, Lisa, and their guests do a great job at helping me remain Human sized. They also teach tools to help stop the spread of anxiety while remaining connected to the person feeling anxious. It’s a great podcast to learn how to better communicate with yourself, others, and God. Highly recommend this pod and Steve’s books!
