Love this podcast. All the SCOTUS oral arguments posted ina tiely fashion, in addition to timely and interesting lower court cases. It's rare a big case I'm following is not included. If someone focuses on appellate advocacy and the courts, this is a must listen.

As a paralegal I really really appreciate the opportunity to hear from so many jurisdictions at both state and federal level. This podcast is a goldmine for my profession.

I love the summary questions posted with the name of the case. Helps with keeping track of which ones I want to listen to.

You get the Supreme Court arguments that you can get from other podcasts like Oyez. But then you get a wide selection of interesting cases in the lower federal courts and the state courts.
