Mattia is brilliant, warm, and knows their stuff! This is one the most informative sources on AuDHD and the patrons-only coaching calls are terrific.

If you’re curious about how ADHD and Autism present, listen to this podcast. :-) Mattia is a gift for people in this space with confirmed/self-diagnosed/suspected ADHD and Autism. The content works for so many challenges and is very thought out, useful, and reasonable. Excellent work!!

My 20 yr old son is AuDHD and as a mostly neurotypical parent I am sometimes mystified by the amazing strengths and weaknesses all in one person. It has been so helpful to listen to adults that have similar problems and have found a way to create a life, not by trying to mask better, but by becoming aware of their differences and finding ways to give themselves the space they need and still accomplish things. It has helped me reframe my understanding and find different ways to approach issues.
Now I just want my son to listen because I think he would recognize kindred spirits.

I really appreciate the breadth of this podcast, and I’ve listened to probably half of the episodes. It has helped me work through my own experience with this condition. I take off a star only to provide constructive feedback: Mattia is quite careful in criticizing labels and providing qualifiers for her statements. This is common in academic language, and it might be to not offend any listeners. However, I often get lost in the hedging and tangents… and I’m a scientist with a PhD! I suspect that lay listeners may feel similarly.
Keep up the awesome work!
