I’m only two episodes into this podcast and I’m already loving. I loving because the jokes land at the right moment and the premise keeps you guessing. It’s a proper mystery written for today’s audience that like humor in their media. I only wish I could give it ten stars instead of five.

I love noir audio dramas and this one is pretty good. I'm not too far in so it may improve. Some of the acting is a stiff and some of the dialogue feels off, but I'm enjoying it anyway.

I really love the cases. However, this really seems like it was written for middle-school boys as the target audience. It’s extremely misogynistic and even got pretty transphobic at the beginning of season 3 (and I’m really not that sensitive but it was extremely overt). The acting is great but the writing is really so-so.

Humor is lowbrow and obvious, (woman secretary who swears a lot, cop who is sexist in front of wife, etc). Couldn’t finish the first episode. However the same people produced Tower 4, which is fantastic and highly recommended.
