I have been listening to the podcast for awhile now, I really appreciate having Pat share his insights from all the work their team has done. The main issue I have is that Pat seems to rally cry against remote work, technology on a regular basis. As a senior manager that is a millennial, work and the expectations around it has changed. I was hoping Pat would be able to help us find a way to navigate this new working world, but anytime it comes up he seems to just say it was better in the past, or that these new working cultures are failing us, they’re transactional. Which is true, but I want other voices that come from my age group that are working through this, not just simply wishing for things the way they were.
