Always a good listen. I look forward to Scott and his co-host’s weekly discussion of topics from the airline world. The guests are always relevant and give great insight into today’s airline world. Bottom line: From the Baldanza question to the mailbag questions the show keeps me entertained and wanting for more. Always. Keep up the great work Scott!!

I’ve listened to the show from the very beginning. The Richard Anderson/Doug Parker episode finally inspired me to write a review.
This show is officially required listening for ANYONE interested in commercial aviation. This episode in particular should win a people’s choice award. So enjoyable from start to finish. Please more!

I only listen because Ben is a funny guy who uses his industry expertise to provide opinion to the stories shaping the industry. However, it seems like Chris is always annoyed or disagreeing with him during any opinion piece. Chris is smart, from what I can tell, but I don’t think this podcast is doing him any favors. He seems miserable.
If Ben could get a new host, there would be a better listening experience for everyone! Ben may become alive again, and the show will succeed!

I like all things aviation so I enjoy listening, but the show tends toward wishy-washy chatter, especially when conservative guests rotate through.
By conservative, I mean, defending entrenched airlines no matter what (and having a little fun boosting tiny or low-quality carriers that will never challenge the majors).
I'd relish real talk about markets, pricing and efficiency. They'd do well to study the work of a real economist like Hubert Horan. There's no mystique to airlines: they are ruthless businesses, out to make money at any cost (which is what businesses do).
I was disappointed that a (much more gentle) listener question I submitted on the podcast's official Web site was ignored. It's an in-group for industry apologists.
