Emily you have a great voice and I love your perspective . My only complaint is that there are too many acronyms and journalistic jargon that I don’t understand , so I’m lost .
Your conversation with Matt Tahibi (spelling?) on Russia gate . You two were clearly in the same page but there were a fair number of alphabet thrown out and jargon of your trade that I could not follow the convo. I just wanted to stop you and say “Wait! Slow down. Explain what that is .what do you mean by that?”
Nancy Grace always asks for clear explanations when her guests resort to shop talk that isn’t clear to average person not in that field . Megan Kelley stops to clarify for listener when needed .
Don’t assume the listener knows all the inside jargon that comes easily to you .
You are off to a great start . Just keep in mind when you throw out acronyms and jargon that average people aren’t acquainted with , we need good explanations to be able to follow your train of thought . Thank you !

I love listening to Emily on MK and I just heard my first episode of this awesome podcast. But when Emily is hosting on Breaking Points she is literally a completely different person! I don’t know if she is intimidated by Ryan and Krystal or if they tell her to be a meek, super giggly, agreeable, seemingly as liberal as they are, token co-host(?). I’ve noticed this for years with simply the difference between how she is on MK and Breaking Points, but it is even more obvious now with this podcast! Your POV is great and is valuable - I would love to hear you actually disagree with, and stand up to, Ryan on issues I KNOW you feel differently about! Use your amazing voice Emily!!

Emily has a knack for being both insightful and entertaining. I’ve always loved her episodes with Megyn, and she has not disappointed in her own endeavor.

I have listened a few times and enjoy her intel’s t and her sense of humor (no wonder Megan likes her so much.)
Obviously well grounded and well read. The girl from next door that you see for the first time.

Love all of MK’s new shows and hosts except EJ. She doesn’t have the maturity to handle complex topics. She never pushes back on guests who make verifiably false and sweeping declarations leading you to wonder if EJ shares those views, isn’t strong enough to push back, or isn’t knowledgeable. Whatever the case might be, she comes across as very green to someone who is a huge MK fan and a GenX-er. Maureen Callahan, Link Lauren, Mark Halperin all 5-star shows.
