After riding the struggle bus that is trying to find just the right hack or tool to help me initiate AND finish the things that make my brain freeze I’m so grateful to have found Jenna and her unique approach to living well with ADHD. She presents a wealth of knowledge about what living with ADHD is like, because she lives with it too, and shares real and practical tools that can produce tangible results. Gone are the days of trying to work around inconsistencies in energy and focus - Jenna’s root cause approach to assessing and addressing dysregulation FIRST, is the golden ticket that makes it possible to live without a mask and without a bear chasing you down to do the thing.

Have been following on Instagram for awhile, it’s great to see more long form. I have gotten so much more aware of disregulation. Jenna explains the concepts in an approachable way that feels like you’re having coffee with a friend.

I’ve been preaching nervous system regulation to anyone who will listen, and Jenna’s content is some of the best free resources I’ve ever come across. I’ve paid thousands of dollars for nervous system coaching in the past, and while it was very helpful, Jenna’s advice is A++, especially for ADHD!

I’ve been following Jenna’s content for a while, and I’m so excited her podcast is finally here! Her approach to ADHD is novel, and the most helpful I’ve ever come across. I’m loving the first couple episodes. Keep ‘em coming!
