I was diagnosed with ADHD during my retirement physical from the United States Air Force 20 years ago at 41 years old. And now 20 years after that, still untreated, i am dealing with the same issues. It wasn’t until I discovered this podcast that I began to understand how my brain works. I’ve had two successful careers, but can’t help to think how much easier it would have been had I better understood my own brain. Many of the tools mentioned I’ve had to develop on my own, the hard way. The biggest take away for me has been to accept the way I am and stop beating myself up over the way I process things. Your podcast has opened my eyes to so many things that have helped. Keep them coming please.
