FINALLY a place that focuses on the STRENGTHS of ADHD instead of just the struggles. I was 26 when I realized I had ADHD and I am very thankful for the mindset shift the host gives to focus on the positives of having an ADHD brain and realizing it is a powerful tool! Not something to be ashamed of or that holds you back. Thankful for this encouraging podcast!! Can’t wait to listen to all of it.

This series has made me laugh, given me hope, and helped me grow. I remember being up above Denver coming home from a trip to my daughter’s, staring out the window binge listening to your podcasts that I had downloaded. I knew I had adhd, but episode 78 about what does ADHD look like in women spoke to my heart in such an impactful way. There was another episode with an older lady who struggled in school… I wish I could remember her name- but she was disciplined for her tendencies and my heart just melted… anyway, spot on and so encouraging. Thank you Tracy❤️

I first found Tracy’s book on audiobooks and listened to it there which led me to the podcast. The sense of validation and hearing stories so similar to mine have provided such a healing process for myself while laying a strong foundation for my daughter who is showing many signs of early ADHD. Tracy interviews a wide variety of guest, which also provide validation in hearing that people across different lifestyles and careers have found ways to use the strength of ADHD to find success.
