I love listening to Mimi’s podcast. It feels like I am connecting with someone who really just gets me almost like a friend! Her content is very relatable and I put a lot of her practices into work and they make me feel so much better. I love listening to the podcast when I’m feeling off, and I usually feel so much more present and at ease by the end of her episode.

Proceed with caution if you have a history with any sort of eating disorder. Almost every episode so far this year has included something about weight loss and being smaller, in a way that seems healed but in my opinion is still quite dangerous. “Don’t diet, just be a person who doesn’t need to eat!!” . I do use and enjoy the app but may rethink that

She rambles so much, it’s aggravating. The base of her content is good, but she goes on these random tangents, it totally pulls you away from the value content. She also rips a lot of the principles from Joe Dispenza, so nothing is original. If she can cut her talking in half and not insert her random off topic musings, this could be a great show.
