I recently started listening to this podcast as I’ve been going through my own spiritual/mental health journey. It has been great to hear from similarly minded people between the hosts and guests. I always look forward to the new episodes. Definitely worth the listen.

Jesse episode doing colonics for three hours…multiple times a week. the level of long term harm that could cause to the body is unreal. Talk about flushing your microbiome and electrolytes and basically all good flora. It can be addicting and clearly he has an major addiction to them but should be noted just how absolutely dangerous they can be when used to that degree with such regulatory.

Love the content but the production value needs to be tweaked a bit. The volume is way off. Hopefully it will be addressed soon.

The bonus Guided Meditation was amazing. I would really like to have more of these available
