This podcast is excellent for falling to sleep and staying asleep. I wake feeling very rested and also feeling calm, not my usual anxious feeling where I wake up instantly thinking about my day. I continue to listen while I get ready and it makes me feel peaceful. I’ve never been into new age stuff or anything holistic, but try this one night and see for yourself. It’s such a nice change. People who naturally fall asleep and stay asleep don’t realize how difficult that can be…. As someone with chronic insomnia, this podcast is perfection. I set the timer for an hour and I’m usually always asleep before it ends. From water sounds to wind sounds, and green and brown noise, the options are endless. I actually start playing it in the shower and I am so relaxed as I head to bed.

I am a Senior who gets up in the night at least once and this peaceful music puts me right back to sleep. I like to drift off listening to my favorite; it has the faint sounds of a crackling fire and Native American flute. I imagine I am sleeping in a tent at the rim of a canyon in the Southwest. I feel protected and at peace.
