This is my absolute favorite podcast. I’m 14 years old and the topics this podcast covers are so relevant and helpful to me. My sister introduced to this podcast right before she left on a lds mission. Listening to it has helped me feel closer to my sister who is away at this time. It bring so much positivity in my life and I’m so grateful for it. She gives such good advice and exactly what teenage girls need in their life. I could not recommend it more, it’s the best. So thank you, this podcast is just what I needed as I’m going through a hard time in my life right now.

This topic is very sensitive but, self hate is an episode I personally would like this because I used to have great self esteem but I can not stress how badly it has plummeted since I got older. I hate my body and hate myself for hating myself and it’s just a cycle of hate. I know there must be something good about me otherwise I wouldn’t have friends or family that love me, but I don’t see it. My parents don’t want me on social media or following most trends but that makes me feel good ( they don’t want trends to affect my mental health). I also am looked over by most because I’m the nerd, or I’m the innocent little girl meant to sit there and be pretty. I want to do coding, or astrophysics, engineering, or even mathematics, and my family support me fully but society doesn’t. I feel like I was a mistake because I don’t fit society’s toxic mold. I am also criticized for my hobbies and “ obsessions” like plushies, crocheting, science, and reading. I’m sorry for the rant but I needed to get this off my chest and I know other girls have a lot of the struggles.

This is such a great podcast. I just finished the first episode and I am so glad I found this. Being a girl in middle school and having a voice in my head every day saying I am not good enough. Having boys telling me I am a freak and even some girls telling me that I don’t belong, makes my days worse.Then I found this podcast! Having a podcast that only gives positive feedback, and vibes really helps with my thoughts and my emotions.It helps a lot when I have mean thoughts or interactions I can just brush it off and move on with my day. I have learned that I am worth a lot more than I thought I was. Thank you so much!

This podcast has helped me a lot with my struggles! I really appreciated the ones about friendship and drama. Could you please do one about school and the stress from other things. For me that really makes me super stressed out and it is hard for me to focus on much else. From the moment I listened to the first episode, I felt so much better and KNEW that this podcast would help me a lot whenever I need it. It actually helped me realize that a therapist would be very helpful throughout my life. Thank you sooooooooooooo much!
