Love this idea of using baby steps! Start with just one day a week with whatever goal, then in 3 months or 6 months grow to that bigger goal or 2 or 3 times a week!

My fiancé believes I may have ADHD. Never been diagnosed, but it's possible. I think your method of sequencing will really help me elevate my productivity. I tend to get overwhelmed and off track. I thought your process of moving backwards from wakeup time back until night routine was very helpful as well. Being proactive rather than reactive!

Fix what's broken!! I love that as a method for getting unstuck. Take action, instead of just dwelling on the the fact that some area of you or your life is less than ideal.

Super interesting concept! Seems a little challenging to get both parties to come together in the beginning and actively communicate their "contract"/ boundaries... but wow I can see how beneficial it would be in the long run.
