A great podcast with great research. My only critique — and it might just be my device — is that the audio bumps/transitions are much louder than the voice portions of the show. Makes it a little bit jarring.

one of the most beautiful things about this sport is that the ledger gets refreshed once a year and anything can happen (source: go frogs)

so having this looming, inarticulate sensation of a halcyon sunset throughout the enterprise has wavered between unnerving and putting the eulogy before the corpse

this podcast puts thought and meaning to that sensation and - even if it’s just to better understand why Godfrey talks the way he does in all caps at times - it is extraordinarily worth your listening time

I wish college football had more storytellers adept at tackling a nuanced topic like this and actually wanted to do so. It’s why SB Nation’s CFB coverage reigned supreme for those years. Hope they do more projects like this
