I find this podcast extremely motivating for making small changes to optimize my health, which is the main theme of the podcast. Coach Carolyn has simple and easy to follow suggestions and presents a wealth of information to help us make informed decisions about lifestyle changes, including walking but also other healthy habits. She is around my same age and understands the challenges of mid life. I also find her voice very pleasant to listen to!

Recently found this podcast and really enjoy it! Especially appreciated the Imposter No More episode with Dr. Jill Stoddard. What really resonated with me was such a candid conversation about how we need to be aware of the values we want to model to our children even in our failures. And the P.A.V.E. method to build psychological flexibility is invaluable. Tons of amazing takeaways in this episode!

I found this podcast last year and have been a regular listener since. It’s such a wealth of information and a great accompaniment to my walks. Carolyn has a variety of interesting guests and her interviews really break down sometimes complex subject matter into easily “digested bites”. I really enjoy this podcast and hope it continues for a long time.
