I can’t stop recommending this podcast to friends. It covers important, universally relevant topics-good sleep, positive social interactions, and preparing food-and aims to help you achieve or improve them. The episodes, which are well-researched and presented with the help of experts in their fields, quickly set the context before giving you practical things to consider or test out. They are efficient and effective, as well as enjoyable. I can’t wait for them to release more!

People who listen to this are likely struggling with a problem, so you’re going to get a more-than-casual audience. I like that the podcast offers succinct explanations and practical recommendations—too many self-help stories are heavy on the problem description and light on solutions.
I also like that they are rigorously evidence-based: we want to know that what we are trying has some data behind it. It also discusses the common over-the-counter solution, melatonin, with some cautionary notes.
Finally, what I would have wanted to hear about but didn’t: the role of evening eating in sleep, with recommendations; and the effects of alcohol or cannabis consumption on sleep.

I make podcasts for a living and this is one of my favorites to listen to (unaffiliated). Love how bite-sized these are. Jam packed with helpful info and nothing else!

Keep em coming please!

I enjoyed the Podcast as helping frame the whys of my love for cooking and also showing me ways to take some of the pressure off. I do think it would be helpful to take it to the next level. For example, walk through a grocery store and model putting a fast and satisfying meal together that includes shortcuts but also requires some technique. I love to challenge myself, but there are times I need to be more practical, talk about how to incorporate both in very specific ways. Also, do some of the best options for creating variety from a base, such as soups and salads. For example, an easy homemade dressing and more time-saving options for the veggies and protein or grain salads. I would like more direction on specific recipes.
